Slow speeds on MTNL Broadband

After 3am youtube starts working but then again in the morning it stops. It looks like they are throttling or their network is too congested due to some problem.

Download speeds are fine but browsing does slow down. This was just few minutes back.

are you able to play youtube videos without any lag. What download speeds are you getting and on which sites?

Youtube browsing is normal surprisingly. Was erratic yesterday and day before it. Browsing heavily affected. This forum though seems to work just fine. And yes just noticed, download speeds gone down. Was downloading a torrent in the morning which was fine but now its pathetic. Just around 15-25KBps. :/

for torrent I am getting normal speed but the problem is with file sharing websites like mediafire, link-removed, mega, hotfile. I am getting only 10KB/sec while normally I used to get more than 150 KB/sec.

is look like now mtnl cant control on there network, now too much people on it and they cant able to handle it and in day it sucks and in night it works fine........ now the only solution i can see is to change the isp.. i have call and email them but they don't care to call me even to ask that how it works....... here many users have the same prob but out of your house there are many wannabe people who don't even know mtnl giving them low speed or not, they are just making fool of us by there excuses... like i have see here i am sure all of them are facing the same slow speed....

I just read Global internet slows after 'biggest attack in history' . Is this responsible for slow mtnl?

Whats ironic is my MTNL home connection is crawling while college NIC connection doesn't show any slow down.-
