the problem hasn't been fixed but around 3 am it was normal but today morning I am again getting low speed.Can others confirm if the problem has been fixed completely?

What city are you from? I'm from delhi and it's working fine today

ystrday was working fine but today again slow, i am from east delhi... and its slow here

hey guys. i have a problem. you see, in the months of january and february i could play Black ops 2 on my ps3 pretty well i used to get pretty good connections. but nowadays, i am getting very slow connections. connection in game is based on bars. in the months of january and feb i got mostly 3 to 4 bars which is pretty good. but now i slowly go down to 1 bar which is the worst. why the heck is this happening.

check out this topic, its not only you having the low speed, most of the mtnl speed is down from week, and may be it take more days to fix.
