Can you people post tracert to this IP: 103.9.183.54
This is mine.......hell they are routing through europe to get to singapore server....something is really fishy here

Around 300ms via sify. Same route as yours.
I'd run a trace to [color=rgb(40,40,40);font-family:'Droid Sans', helvetica, arial, sans-serif;]103.9.183.54 yesterday and latency was around 111ms via airtel. [/color]

Just Run>cmd> Type "tracert IP" without "
Speed seems ok but Packet loss is persistent inbetween.
