today my speed is good.getting 3.5mbps on average download speed.i heard a news from my local cablewallah that sgima buys bandwith from bsnl is that true.BSNL 2.5gbps STM link is for sigma.is it true.please confirm it guys.

if this is not some hoax, then i find it bewildering that BSNL itself does not provide such speeds/prices when a freakin' reseller that buys their bandwidth from BSNL can provide these packages.. !
