its not the cable cut manthe speeds were still fine even when the cablecut took placeand now when they are under repairing processatleast we expect a lil bit better speednot this kind of dead speedits likei dont have an internet connection at homecoz webpage doesnt loadit takes a lot of timei use ultrasurf softwaretry tht.......idk somehow it worked for me but i m unable to send scraps in orkut and i m unable to reply it here from tht .......i have to switch to the orignal without ultrasurf....then it works for mebut it takes time as i said
