Speed throttling of Microsoft Teams on Railwire Broadband

@data.hungry.person We who are on Kolkata NOC in the East region are having an issue with Windows system. Yes, for a few of us it works with no problem but most of us have not the same but similar issue on Windows. As @WandereR said, you can try on differnt OS maybe Ubuntu, Mac or Android. I would suggest you to also raise a complaint to your LCO and MSP to proritize this and know if It is a known issue to them.
LCO told to contact Railwire customer care as it is their issue. Customer Care number is busy, will try again.

I called the Railwire ISP today, honestly, it's such a pain in the a** to make them understand. Either they know the throttling is happening and acting dumb, or they genuinely do not know about the issue.

Initially, he was telling me with persistence that it is Microsoft teams fault, not railwire. I then demonstrated to him via Anydesk that this issue is not there with other ISP, I had to show him by using Jio where downloads on Microsoft teams easily crossed 8-10 Mbps on a single file download. They had no answer after that and they have told me to call tomorrow.

It is just 2 days after getting a new connection, Signs of troubles have started already.

My issue is still not resolved.

Railwire has a serious issue only on windows TCP, I have been facing this issue since I get the connection (3 months). They have throttled uploading speed to 3 MBPS regardless of the plan you have. On the same network, Android phones or Linux systems get full uploading speed but windows wouldn't. Also, the Okla speed test shows full speed but in reality, that speed is throttled for every server except Google Drive.

I also tried to make the Customer Rep understand what's the issue, I just felt really bad that after spending millions of dollars on Infrastructure, Railwire couldn't hire a bunch of good technical guys. They are morons and I wonder who hired them. They give suggestions to use the only to download. What on earth Railwire thinking to expand service throughout Pan India, are we gonna get another BSNL? I believe even BSNL was far better as they had few tech guys around in the parking shelf.

I am thinking to make a complete video on the issue and send it to their someone at headquarter (Reginal manager)or someone who might see.

No bro, that's not a window 10 issue here. I have tested on window 7 as well. Also the same railwire ISP provide full 100 MBPS uploading speed when I share my Mobile wifi to PC via proxy server. But when you gonna directly to Railwire from windows boom, only 2-3 MBPS. Its Railwire issue as on the same Laptop I have used Exitel & Airtel Xtreme (New delhi) and had no issues. When I came to Jharakhand (East zone), Railwire sucks.
