Sports Active not works with NEO sports channel.When you select the Highlights, Star cricket channel opened.When you select commentary to Hindi, nothing happened.Is any one tried?. It happened last night.

Anyways It was a boring match yesterday.

Sports Active not works with NEO sports channel.
When you select the Highlights, Star cricket channel opened.
When you select commentary to Hindi, nothing happened.
Is any one tried?. It happened last night.
For any such issues, always switch it off from main plus and start again, your problem will be solved.

This Neo Sports really sucks. The feeds for Actve Sports content are provided by the broadcaster and TS doesn't have the control on that. Thats the precise reason why Multiple camera angles are provided only when the match is on Set Max and Virtual eye is there when the match is on ESS. If tomorrow, Neo comes on Dish TV, they will get the same feed. In the last series also, Neo was worst that even DD and their TRP ratings proved that. There was a 10-15 minutes audio video lag in the first ODI verses Australia. I have opted for Sports Gold pack only for Test Matches.

I called customercare today on this.... I'll convey the relevant conversation.
me : I'm not able to see highlights on Tata Sky active sports
support : You'll be able to view highlights only once the match is over.
me : I have been using tatasky for 1 year and I know this is a problem with
the transmission. It's not suppossed to work this way.
support : Let me consult with my senior.
After 2 minutes...........
support : My senior says highlights will work in active sports only after the match is over....
I was about to tear my hairs then... I argued with him for 5 minutes and at last he was convinced that this was the way active sports is supposed to work.
He again asked me to wait... I waited for about 7 minutes.
Support : I got information that this is a problem with the broadcaster - neosports.
me : I'm paying Rs. 150/- per year extra just to get Active Sports along with my South Jumbo. If it was just to see neosports, I would never have taken this. So, whom should I complain to.
Support : I understand. We are the people responsible for that. We'll sort this out.
me : What's the ETA.
Support : There's no ETA, sir.
me : Please cancel my Sports Gold Package.
Support : Sorry Sir, I'll forward your complaint to the required department. It should be sorted out in 30 minutes.
me : ok, who am I talking to?

The people doesn't know how their systems are suppossed to work, they can't even try out whether it is working from their end.
And they simply tried to close my call without giving me an ETA.
1 hour has passed and still there is no highlights.
