I think the idea makes a lot of sense, lets first let these guys at Tata Sky know that the consumers are not happy, this can be acheived by a legal notice threatining them that the group will initiate action against them in the consumer court and then also publicily deride them maybe writing or requesting news channels to cover our complaints and then if adverse publicity does not affect them we can file a case against them in a consumer court for deficiency of service.What Say?

Well,today is 15th,the date given by ESS for completion of an agreement process.But we missed Sachin's 171.

Well as a Dish tv user, I am happy now. They confirmed that channel is comming this week and they are testing the channel at the moments.

As for Tata Sky user, I have to wait for how many day don't know.

Thanks God I have both DTH connection. So Dish TV people enjoy now. You can confirmed this news by calling 1860 180 3474.

Well we can go to Trai. Trai's Guidline suggest:

" Dth operator must carry all popular channels on thier platfrom and channel's measurement depends on consumer's interest."

i think the test matches are going to be telecasted even on star sports simulltaneously along with star cricket..i checked their timetable and they have star sports telecasting on 19th..check this out

Just saw tht ad in TOI also... Now I suppose Tata Sky cc guys will have no place to hide ... Now the channel is on dish so it will be on tatasky soon ... But this is really embarassing for tatasky cos even with 80-20 JV with star they can't get the channel before dish...
