Yes each new channels came as FTA for all viewers so they want encrypt it soon. Encryption process takes 15 to 20 hours.

Tata Sky customers care guys still does not have any information......
Hi Guys just spoke to one of the CC of TataSky that Stupid is still giving the answer that they are providing the live telecast of the match in ESPN i shouted at him and helled at him. Then i asked him to transfer the call to his manager. Then i spoke to the floor manager she told me that they are still on a discussion :wall:. Then i also helled at her saying that your competitor has started Testing the star cricket channel and you people are in discussion for 25 days. She took down my number and added that she will call me in the evening with latest news regarding star cricket availability. In our conversation i also asked m her whether you will provide the channel or if your not providing it please inform us so that we could look for some other alternatives rather than depending on you guys.

Aju! I dont think she will call u in the evening... Rather she will avoid ur call... I'm facing the same problem... My call from my landline does not reach the customer centre... It makes me wait and then dissconnects... Then I calledfrom someother no. and banged the girl who picked my call.. the problem is now rectified... It means that they will block all calls from a customer who gives them trouble...

when we call the stupid customer care , their ignorance is very well shown. when i ask them about star cricket they say " sir , we donot have any information about this may i help you in some other way"
Then i asked them about neo sports the answer was same , Then i asked them about the MUSIC CHIOCE still same answer
So the CC of tatasky is hopeless as their service and channel or content
SHAMEFUL , DISGUSTING , AND IT SEEMS THE TATASKY HAS DECEIDED TO COMMIT SUICIDE
