Well for ant DTH you need atleast 50 CM Dish. If you have problem to get signals you can go for 80 CM too.

Well Dish Tv have no plans to charge Money from their users. However they will closed access for Dish Welcome users.Same thing with Tata Sky. I am sure Tatasky would add it before match. Tatasky have better Sports active services than Dish Tv.
