It is not free for Mega Pack customers, I just called customer care. They are equating it with Topper. However, as far as I am concerned it is breach of contract. They have claimed that all new HD channels will be added free of charge. Unlike Topper which is an active channel this is an HD channel and should be free. I feel cheated.
