Static IP improves service drastically

I made payment for static ip along with the form on saturday and till now i haven't received my static ip...how long did it take for you guys to get one?

Did you trying calling them, i remember someone in this thread commenting that a service engineer would visit your place to configure static IP

got it configured today... a engineer had called me to set it up....unfortunately it wasnt working when i configured it on my Linksys adsl+2 modem/router which i could use while it was on dynamic. now being it a static ip i had to configure on Asus router only
upload and download speeds doesn't make any difference its same like dynamic...
