Static IP improves service drastically

P.S: Still on dynamic connection, upload speeds capped to 512 Kbps has been my greatest concern with Tikona for now apart from their Customer Care. Wish someone with Static IP confirms that they are getting Upload speeds greater than 1 Mbps

Grrrrr...from last few days tikona is acting up ....everytime after i connect for sometime speeed goes down calls up customer care they ask me to switch off the receiver for sometime and switch it on and the speed is back for sometime!!!
Tired of this crap...they saying they will monitor today and if this happens again then they will replace the device which i doubt will happen at all!!!!

i am literally pissed off today....ticket raised on 1st september which had a turn around time of 24hrs and today is 24th september which is been 24days instead of 24hours...i lodged a complaint with public Grievance.
