Still getting high speeds ?

Hey guyz I just wanted to confirm if u all r still getting high speeds. Since the day before Diwali I haven't been getting speed of 50-60 KBps . Instead I m back to 17-18 KBps.

I don't see much hype in this speed spurts... Its the lame old Airtel prolly testing a new server/DSLAM/ some crap!! Anyhow, I personally feel that we won't get any reasonable plans till India becomes a first world country!!! (Which of course is possible with our resources but the darn politics wud keep us sliding back to the fourth world country if there was a term coined like dat to any country!!)
