i am getting the above message only. what is the worng
 
Guys i made a recharge for Rs 500 on 16-feb 2008. I thought it should last 5 months but the selfcare information of sundirect website shows 16 apr 2008 as the expiry date.Also my account balance is -295. i dont get it! why does it show like this.
 
i purchased sundirect on 23rd dec 2007 and asked my dealer to recharge for 1000 rs. but my subscription continuous with all channels till 15th march. then i asked my dealer and again he recharged my account on 17th march. now my account balance shows 815 means 132 as service tax and 53 has been deducted for the 23rd feb to 15th march. my account expiry shows one month from recharge.i have changed my contact details but not able to change password. from this i knew that tamil , telugu and kannada add on packages available each for 25 rs. u can recharge ur account instead of phone and i have not tested that.another friendly move from sundirect
 
I tried recharging since I've been trying for the past few weeks to contact cc. The recharge was successful on the website. But the connection is still disconnected. I donno if I've wasted my 100/- voucher:(
 


Its working. We can login. But i cant change the password. Thats the problem.

We can change password(use change password button).

I have changed and logging in using my new password.
 
I had logged in last week and changed the password. But I am not able to login now.
