You get what you pay for mate, had there been a way to pull all features within Rs3000 , market would already be flooded with them.(Also major part of Rs3000 is taxes/shipping/profits-at-each-level)

Get your budget upwards of Rs.5000+ and you might get better recommendation which are more value for your money.

Tenda AC10 has good wifi but sucks on firmware and security.

Best Gigabit Router in the market at the moment is Asus RT-AX88U. It almost costs as ₹26,000. But considering you can use it for 5-6 years, paisa might be vasool. You can load Merlin firmware on it and run custom scripts. With Wifi AX, it is also future proof.

@broadbandfreak77 I have one of these at my home. Dont ever get this. It doesn't have custom firmware support and has horrible wifi range. It also an older model but except for these shortcomings it's an pretty good gigabit router with great features built into it.
