I can tell you that Tripleplay sucks. in the last 18 months, i have had to call them on average 5-6 times a month, which is close to a 100 calls, countless line drops. and i m not exaggerating. Not to mention that the speed promised is never on par. I opted for 2 Mbps unlimited, and
1. the line drops for hours
2. most times the speed hovers around the 1 Mbps mark.
3. the customer service is good but they r usually helpless as if internet is a god created miracle out of their control.
So if anyone has any suggestions i would be happy to know. I live in Sector 56. and I would like a 4 Mbps unlimited plan.I m not looking for a choke neck but a pure unlimited provider.
