Today, my Mercury+ expired and having no luck with phone or selfcare website tried using SMS and it worked (but it may be only for souther states) - just that each SMS costs Rs.3/- !!!

I've recharged my smartcard, (but no luck channels are not getting relayed)

Is there any concept of activating the smart card? Still unable to get hold of customer care ppl.

you can not activate it urself either call cc to refresh it or go to dist.

then recharge it within 2 or 3 minutes..

I called this number, by 10'o clock in the night and they gave me the number 43411434 and told me to call this number after 8am. As per SD website that belongs to one nodal officer for TN. I'm wondering if nodal officers have started to take calls on behalf of the CC

tried that IVR no too, it wud fail when trying to connect to a customer executive...5 days gone, without the connection.(Think the days count wud increase )

In all in under 30 seconds, I had renewed SetMax automatically, there was no need to talk to any customer executive.
