Hi, iam new to this forum, i have recently got SUNDTH and i want to know how to add new channel free channels. Thx

In menu use "Auto scan " to find out new channels ..

Hi, tiny, thx for reply, if i do so, any of my previous channel get affected ????my activation is still not complete, they have installed day b4 yesterday. these local guy is just draging.. it will be activated in another 2-6 hrs..??any other procedure to activate it???

i want to know the time taken for activating all the channels in SUN Direct..I am also having one doubt..why they have give one card named as ACTIVATION/INSTALATION card..with this card is it possible to receive the channels as soon as the installation gets over?

In my case the activation was done after 18 hrs of installation.

Arun,The technician will collect the ACTIVATION/INSTALLATION card from u and send it to SUN Direct office.They will activate it.

oh is it so..i thought that through my remote they will send the number hidden in the activation card to the satellite and after that it will activated automatically...
