i have very frequent disconnection since 5 days. My internet goes randomly off after 5-10 minutes of usage and it comes back after a hour or two and if i want to get it back fast then i have to cut the line and rejoin it and it fixes. (i am talking about the line which comes from the bsnl and connects to the home.)

Here is my Router Stats. I have DG-BG4011N

Very low SNR, directly connect to modem and check if the fault is at splitter after that call the BSNL guys to check the line

i don't use splitter. my telephone got bad so i had removed my telephone. it looks like its problem in house as the line is connected to everywhere in my house even when i use a single line to my room. i will try taking the line directly to my router by bypassing my home line.

Whenever i connect direct, dsl status won't even be ok even after waiting for 7 hours.

i even tried to cut all wires and rejoin everywhere i could and my stats changed but still the problem exists.

I tried to call bsnl since 4 days but no response.

My current stats.

change them 2 replace new wire I thinks its old wire or in exchange guys talk 2 replace pair of wire

Just Figured it out, the problem was the line to my home on hte top of my house. due to construction going in my house the wires had got some cuts, there was a very long wire hanged i had just cut down the wire and bypassed it and now my problem is fixed.

guys can you tell is this value is correct for 2 Mbps bcoz i am not getting good speed
