Switching from Airtel to Siti Broadband

As, i didn't knew that they operate through Local cable operator. So, i contacted through their Customer care. I applied on 26th July (night) and today installation is done. Though installation was done by my local cable operator but he said that if any issues occurs or network is down then only SITI will help. Local cable operator is just for installation.

1. Ping statistics for 146.66.155.1:

2. Ping statistics for 146.66.152.2:

3. Ping statistics for 146.66.158.1:

Minimum = 176ms, Maximum = 204ms, Average = 189ms

4. Ping statistics for 103.28.54.2:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 93ms, Maximum = 100ms, Average = 96ms

5. Ping statistics for 103.10.124.1:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 84ms, Maximum = 101ms, Average = 90ms

1. Any downtimes and frequency....
2. How is the CC..... do you get through their number and do they resolve the issues.... and time taken for resolution...
3. And is the speed consistent all through the day...
4. And can you get through streaming site i.e. alluc.xx

Am I reading it correct ... 50mbps unlimited in 899+tax?
The one who siti broadband ... your cable set top box is via siti only?
Just want to confirm coz our cable guy provide siti set top box but says no siti broadband.

Yes 50Mbps Unlimited but with taxes it comes to 1034.
No, i don't have cable set topbox of SITI, i use Tata Sky.
The installation will be done your Local Cable operator and also the further recharges. But for any compaints you have to contact siti customer care.
There are no activation/installation/modem/security deposit charges. You just have to pay for the recharge upfront when they fill your application form. Also, they provide you with Wifi Modem that has 2 antennas and one Ethernet port.
Also, now i am getting 50-56Mbps speed.

For all those user who wanna know about cc and consistancy of speed and net let me tell u truly
1. Cc is satisfactory prob gets resolved in 1-2 days generally.
2. For speed it does fluctuates and lowest I hv recorded is 15-20mbps.
3. Net is consistent no prob with that.

Only in the morning i get promised speed rest all the time speed fluctuate a lot and most of the time it remains below 10 mbps.
