This is not true. Tata's service is getting from Bad to Worst.Their service people never visit and report on behalf of customers without any authority or consent from customers.

Haha. The speedtest must be for TATA Indicom's CEO's wife or daughter. Anyone else who consistently gets 1.5MBPS or above on TI, without 2-3 days of downtime, and speeds varying from 10% to 90% of what's promised, is an exception to the rule. I know, I have multiple connections from TI, and the performance that's best is 256KBPS unlimited prepaid Postpaid sucks, esp. if you dare to take any package with 1MBPS or higher speeds. Avoid if possible, the only reason I have it is MTNL takes ages to install, and others in the area require a local cable operator to be bribed.
