tata docomo internet activation 4 iphone

hey guys I am new to this forum I bought a iPhone 4 last week and am using it with a DOCOMO sim(nt the 3G 1 ) I have tried the customer care and they sent a msg on how 2 proceed with the manual activation ,but some of the options written in the msg like WAP options are not available in the settings so was unable to activate the net .hoping u guys will b a great help ........
