How much download speed does one get on DOCOMO's GPRS (maximum and average)?

i activated 48rs gprs packspeed is awesome for gprs on IDM i get 20to 22KBps download speed on utorrent average speed is 18kBps(max i get on utorrent is 20kBps)with mozilla browser i get 15 to 20KBps dwnld speedm using samsung star(signal strength in my area is full )

in my state haryana its just valid for 3 months only from the date of acquisition.But they are coming with new sms schemes with in few days....
