Tata Sky Customer Care Number is NOT a Toll-Free

I just checked Tata Sky website & even on the television. No where they are promoting as Toll Free number. It is simply mentioned as Helpline numbers

i agree with you. TS is not promoting as toll free number

It's not toll free from BSNL either. In fact it charges STD rate if you dial 1-860- number. I checked it.

The Tata Sky recharge system is bad.The cash cards are not available in market.The tata sky has not tie-up with all Bank's net Banking system.

The number 1-800-1806633 is a toll free number. It is given at this link: Direct to Home (DTH) Satellite Television Services . Also, it works pretty fine.

Toll free works fine.. but disconnects after 5 mins.. tried and tested both from mobile and landline.. so if it's a short conversation then use toll free wisely.. otherwise as soon as u connect ask them to call back!

If you guys wanna have long conversation with Tata Sky, then do just a simple thing. Login to your TS my account page. Click Raise a Query and leave a message there. and Get a call from the Customer care within one day. Yes this is not an immediate way to communicate things to TS. But it is worth.
