Hi, I've got Tata Sky+ but I've been unable to pause or rewind a live show for some reason from the last couple of days. I'm still able to record a show and pause/rewind/forward a recorded show, but can't use the Live Pause/Rewind feature. Any help?
try calling the customer care, m sure they will help you with this matter.. they are very efficient .. i think they do have a toll free no. as well now..
:S this is a software problem I'm sure, call the TS CC they will send a technician to your place to fix it. There nothing you or we can do on our self about this.
