dear ajuravi,i think our valuable suggestions has gone to Tata Sky ceoo, whether you have received any reply from there side. if not wat is the use of posting valuable suggestion and wasting time on it

I have sent 2 emails to the CCOO till now but here has been no reply from them till now. I dont know if they are planning to implement our feedback soon :hysterical:. I also read your posting in other thread stating that you are not satisfied with TataSky and you wanted to shift to dish tv using tatasky stb. So why are you worried about tatasky services. Once if you have decided that your not happy do the changes rather waiting..........

please add ur email ID if possible as the people from tata might want to talk to u regarding the same.. It is not mandatory but it will only help them to make communication wit u easier...

I do not know how Tata Sky is with it’s service at other locations, however at my end, there’s one strange problem that’s hit me and the uneducated Tata Sky personnel is doing little do help it.

My subscriber ID: 1004255863.

And to think of it, I buy a big pack, and then I get service less than 30% of what I spend for.

It’s been more than a fortnight, from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm, I hardly get a reception of Tata Sky, Or else it works absolutely fine, however only during these hours, I get to see it less than 10 minutes.

I made calls to helpline, and everytime they put me through a long process of trial and error checks and then they say, we will refresh the system from our end, and you’ll find it working when you switch it on again.

Finally they did take the complain number: 1-932772515, however the problem still persists. And now, to make matters worse, all I get on the screen is the Set Up Checklist Page.

If there is some signal issue how come it hits me only at a specific time everyday and shuts the telecast for more than half a day?

Something really unreasonable and now I feel cheated. I ain’t know how it’s at other ends of this planet, but this is how it is at my end.

Please ensure you do a proper comparison before you take up a Tata Sky connection.

i think u shud not post subscribers id publicly. one person already had problem because of that.
 
Well first of all thank you the starter of this thread.Hope his efforts will be fruitful..Well suggestions can be given anything,,well i am pretty much happy with the TS..but certain small thigns i wanted.. 1.Pls allow the chance to downgrade the channel packages also thru website.Cyrrently we have to call CC and i don;t know its waste of time and money if i call CC coz of the latest busy network of TS helpline.. 2. Please add FTA channels.at the earliest.. At least i am expecting thsi to do..If it works we can hope that really cc people are reading this suggestion..This can done easily coz its already available in dishtv..
 
Mr.Anirbanroy30,It is very unfortunate that u have been cheaten. U are belong to very less number of people who are not satisfied with TS. I never seen people accusing TS for these reasons. Because we have had very good quality service till now. Only few have been cheated by TS with regard to this. And u r one among them. I would say that, u should keep on calling TS CC and shout at them. U should talk to the senior personnel. U can even get some suggestion from Mr.Ajuravi007 (our TS boss :thumbsup:) who has a good rapport with senior officers of TS. I hope ur Problem will be solved at the latest.Thank U

I believe there are reception/signal quality problems (time dependent) in some areas of Bandra / Andheri caused by high power radio transmitters belonging to defence establishments. When the problem was faced by a group of residents, ts installed a bigger dish for the building society and improved the situation. There was an earlier similar complaint in this forum by a very disgruntled member. You can search the archives to get the details and contact him if necessary. It is still not right for TS to keep quiet.

First of all please delte your Subscriber ID as i was one of the victim of the misuse of Subscriber ID.Dont reveal it to any one. Send me a PM i will give some telephone numbers who to contact and i think problem will be sorted out in quick time:thumbsup:.
