Yes, it seems the transponders are limited in no.s and Tata Sky is waiting for a totally new bunch of transponders on new satellites. But the message is clear, now every 3 months or so, we will continue to hear of 2-3 new HD channel launches for sure, as HD is the future. Also going by the fact that a large no. of TV production houses in Mumbai are already shooting in HD due to the programming for all Star TV channels, there will be more and more programming coming up in HD. Would love to see KBC 4 in HD on Sony(if they launch it in time...). Also waiting for MOVIES NOW to come to TataSkyHD.

Star Sports HD is not a full time channel, it is only event based rite now for French Open.

Yeah F1 in HD ...i hope post french open ..they may show Cannada Race in HD (Wishful thinking)

Wow. That's awesomely cool. And do you have ads in the HD telecast? Ads during the race have been a big pain point.
