Tata Sky - Isko 'bhaga' daala to life jhingalaala

It is confusing me too. I really wonder what do people in US do. Now a days, everyone there has coll flatscreen HD TVs but wonder where the wires are. (The cool without wire ones are only in movies. I have seen flatscreens with ugly wires in many american homes) . So Americans need to wake up and do something :p

Even i beleiveTata Sky - Isko Bhaga Daala to Life Jhingalaalaswitched to cable few months back & even though the price is on the higher side Re 350/- per month, it still gives me complete TV viewing experience, will lots & lots of channels, good quality with a STB what really was annoying with DTH services was lack of introduction of new channels & price apperciation every now & then& clubbing of channels into different & irrelevant packages.

all TV's should have inbuilt STB'S maybe this would be a solution:redface:

Videocon DTH is planning to offer TVs with in built STBs.

AC

... and then what ?? if they increase price all of sudden that people cannot afford at all. so in that case instead of throwing STBs or dishes you need to throw TV along with??

i have digicable cable tv servicegetting 95 channels and all in awesome clarityno snowno power cut in my areaexcept channel V m getting all chanlsactually my cable wala provide feed by first relaying them thru set top box modem not using cable thru set top box there is delay of 3to 5 seconds on all channels from the other cable service in my areabut by this method m getting awesome clarity and sound:thumb::thumb:i know its strange method of providing service

yea its quite true that all cable guys arent really the same. a little far from our city, to wipe out DTH players, entire city's cable wala's have fixed charges of only Rs. 50/- per month. All DTH are really vanishing!!And at some places you may find cable operators not bothering about anything!

you have to be very lucky to be in areas where cable guys offer good packages at great prices. i am one of the unlucky ones with an awful cable walla in my locality.
