Tata sky to launch Netflix like movie renting service in India

i m guessing 1.8g file size shud be good enuf for 720p.

For a movie, not by a long shot.
You might be able to achieve that size at low bitrates, but then who would want that.

Well what happened to me is like this. I have been series recording Terra Nova on Saturday and Dewarists on Sunday for a couple of weeks. This weekend both the shows did not record. When I checked the cause, the series list was empty. Plain and simple. Now that you report something of the same sort, i am tending to believe that the new software f$&ked my series list.

In my case the Series list is same as before, and it even shows the shows to be recorded under Booked, but doesn't record them. Morons have messed up something.

Yes. My series recording has been screwed up too. I can see the series in "Booked" section but it doesn't get recorded. What is the solution now? Does re-registering the series work?

I also got the update & have some of the issues described here: The box reverts back to Channel 100 when we turn Off, does not remember the previous channel as it did before updating to '106'
