It should just be a mistake when the PDF file was created by TS. Kalaignar TV is listed just in "Family pack" which is basically a pack for non southern customers. I am sure it will be part of "South Starter"

quality of sun channels are excellent. worth paying extra 25 bugs if they add more channels like raj, neo then 50 makes sense. had some problems with reception of sun tv, DD, e tv and star vijay. Called cs and registered a compliant, within 2 hrs engineers visited my house and spotted a airtel tower at 500 mts distance as reason and rectified the same by installing a twin NLB. Now im getting all these channels crystal clear.
