lol. it was not for me. i actually fell for this trick few years ago on tv. actual tv. they intentionally roll the cards in a way where one or two cards are visible for a few millisecond longer. i have no idea how they do it but your instinct tells you to pick that particular card and that's it.

Actually, what he could have done is have only 4 cards, in deck randomly repeating. So people will see only one of those 4 when shuffling!

So eventually in 4 tries that he did 1 card will succeed!

A man walks into a restaurant that is known for great service. After he sits down he notices that all of the servers have a spoon in their pocket, so he calls over a waitress and asks her why.
"Statistically speaking the spoon is the most likely utensil to be dropped, since we have one on us it speeds up the process of getting them a new one," replies the waitress. This makes sense to the man, lo and behold he drops his spoon and a waiter quickly hands him a new one.
The man continues to eat his soup and then notices something else peculiar, all of the waiters have a string hanging out of their zipper. He calls one of the waiters over and asks them about it.
"Well you know that our restaurant is known for the fast service, the string makes it so we can pull out our schlong in the bathroom without touching it, meaning we don't need to wash out hands."
"Makes sense I guess, although it is a bit weird," says the man. "One more question though, how do you get it back in your pants."
The waiter slyly replies, "Well I don't know about anyone else, but I use the spoon."
