umm... except for applications little else is different and several applications exist on both. it's only a User Interface change for most users.

I don't even know when and where I got hold of it and how I installed it or whether it ran from within Windows itself. But it was the strangest os I have ever seen.

heh i think it came on one of the pc quest CDs and it was to be installed inside windows itself and u could boot into it by clicking on its icon inside windows.

i remember some screenshots of it playing several videos together... was amazing in those days with those old generation hardware.
