File uploading service link-removed had a decisive legal win this week: A German court ruled that the site is not required to scan all uploaded files for copyright infringement.
According to the ruling, link-removed cannot be held responsible for the files because the site itself doesn't make them publicly available.

And what i am trying to point out is the difference between media which is shown without being objected to and that which has no consent as with pirated torrents regardless of whether it is paid for. They are airing their shows on TV, why would they object to more viewers? It's not as if they were being shown before their release dates.
