I'm on MTNL Delhi. All the sites seem to be back up. I can check link-removed, link-removed and Mediafire.

they do not have any legal grounds in sweden or romania. laws are different in different countries. read this wikipedia page TV Links - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So? They can't be touched by US laws and yet they allow content owners to request removal, if that's not respectable and ethical, what is? Pirated torrents? Of software too, torrents against freely licensed and open source, you are trying to defend the indefensible here.

its just a lame excuse to pretend that you are legal. TPB has a similar feature. the crucial point here is that this site does not source the content through legal channels. no payments are made to the owners of the content. you are being very unreasonable if you think this service is legal and using torrents to download the same content is not. hulu and netflix are services that broadcast american movies and television shows legally. within a limited geographical region. any random website with no connection to movie and television studios is just bypassing the legality.

Whatever conveniences and saving on bandwidth that torrents might give you, it is a fact that torrent traffic is the biggest conductor of piracy and to deny that is burying your head in the sand.

Nevertheless, the site in question is not by-passing any legality, in fact it is respecting copyrights by opening itself up to content owners' requests even though it is not under any legal obligation to do so. The fact that the content is still available for viewing implies tacit consent by the owners/studios.

you are being unreasonable here. i cannot say much.from your point of view... if the laws in my country states that downloading american media content is not illegal... it is morally right to download them without paying a penny to the owners of that content... what i have been trying to explain here is that... if you are not paying for media, torrenting or watching it on an unofficial site is ONE AND THE SAME THING.

To all those who are against torrent , First go and find a valid report which states that illegal download = revenue loss and come talk here ..If you need you can go to torrentfreak.com for mind opening articles.
