PROS: private tracker is safe, means you torrent will not be strucked for source. u will get good speed, no fear of virus/maleware.
CONS: maintain good upload/download ratio, Site Rules, Not easy to get.
now comes Question 4.
how to get into private tracker.. well their are 3 ways to get into private tracker
1. wait for their signups to open, all private tracker delete the idle account at some time & to fill that up they open signup (depends on tracker level). btracs.com is a wonderful site to chk which site is open for signups.
2. you need to get an invitation, its risky for the person who is inviting you, if you don't adhere to the site rules and with low ratio. the person who sent you invite will get bad reputation, in extreme cases ban too
3. Donate for their site, get an account, buying account ..which i don't suggest for you at this stage.
4. their are some forums where invite trading is going on, means you have to give something in lieu of that
