Touch Screen/stylus Mobile For Around Rs.10,000

I want to buy a mobile phone or pda but want it to be a touch screen device which uses a stylus or hand. IS there any touch screen mobile worth buying and what is the lowest prices they are available? Is it available for around Rs.10,000?

To answer your question, Moto Ming (A1200) is probably your best bet, unless you are willing to pay for Sony Ericsson M600i.
