We had to create two policies, one for primary connection and other one for secondary connection. In primary and secondary both, we had to use last resort as default(use main routing table). This fixed the issue. Router is working like a charm now with dualwan failover.
Final testing of MWAN3, with 3 load-balancing connections on TP-LinkArcher A6v3. At peak, CPU usage is quite minimal with an avg 3-6%.

Note-Port Forwarding does not seem to work. Getting requests timed out.
