Twitter does not work on Reliance Broadband

This problem I am facing since I got reliance connection. Exactly 1 year ago. This is a very old issue and nobody seems to know the exact cause.Tracert shows "Request Timed Out" at one particular hop. Which gets fixed during the Night. zzzzzzMore Details:I have noticed some thing else also. I am a regular cs1.6 player. Now, twitter works between 1am night to 11am morning for me.And at the same time all the Indian counter strike servers are playable with 40-50 piing. During the daytime(time when twitter doesnt work) ping on all the servers goes above 250 I am sure, Something is common between these two. Well, I tried sending a really detailed mail to any/all email addresses i could find of Reliance support/technical/care/etc. My mail had all the details, screenshots, tracert and what not.Next day I got a reply asking my subscriber ID etc. I sent it.After 2 days a reliance representative shows up at my house saying "we have received a complaint for your connection. I have checked everything, there is no problem. Problem AAPKE COMPUTER MEIN HAI"I was like w**!! And now I have given up all hope that this is ever going to be fixed. They have bloody illiterate people working as technical experts I am going to check how is this Hotspot shield as suggest by other users on this forum. Don't know how fast it is and if it will be safe...

You must be new to RCOM. This is how things work here.

There are two options:
1) Quit RCOM and migrate to airtel.
2) Suffer in silence.

Their network is over-congested during the daytime resulting in erratic connection. Twitter is most probably intentionally blocked in addition to few other sites.
You can access Twitter all day long via Hotspot Shield, but don't even bother gaming via it.
