UL 1350 Plan no increment in speed

I originally had UL 1350 plan but speed didnt increased to 2mbps when bsnl upgraded the bandwidth so i changed to UL 750. Now UL 1350 got 4mbps so i came back to UL 1350 but theres no increment in speed its same 512kbps. What to do now to get 4mbps upto 20gb ?

When did you changed to ULD 1350 ? Did you got 4 Mbps last month ? Or is this your first month on ULD 1350 ?I don't think there is anything we can do outside BSNL. Check with the SDE of your exchange and ask him to remove the speed cap. BSNL staff and set up is a bit confused after the introduction of 4 Mbps plans. Most of the settings are set for 2 Mbps. Also check the orders page in your portal and make sure that you plan has changed and is the 4 Mbps one.If nothing works, write to Nodal officer and /or Appellate authority. ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill.

This is the first month on ULD 1350.

It is a case of speed cap by BSNL. Please check with SDE of your exchange. Many other users were having the same problem which got rectified after complaining to their local exchange.

If your IP address starts with 59.xxx.xxx.xxx then u r in NIB -1 or IP address starts with 117.xxx.xxx.xxx then u r in NIB -2.I think u r in NIB - 1.So try to change NIB - 2. Please contact with BSNL SDE. After change (NIB-1 to NIB-2) you will get proper speed (4Mbps upto 20Gb .....). Because its new plan.

I was stuck at 2mbps, I lodged a grievance and it got resolved within 2 days

I am also in ULD 1350 plan , my downlink line rate was 1999kbps so i never got speed of 4mbps , yesterday i visited local exchange and explained my problem and by the time i reach home back the line rate was 3999kbps and now i am getting around 3.6mbps speed ,,

went to the exchange n asked the authorities to change my ip to NIB2, they did n now im getting 4mbps.
