What should be the download speed of a 4 Mbps connection? (Rs. 1350 plan)

so much for wishful thinking. BSNL seems to have gotten smarter. Torrents are being throttled to the FUP limit of 512kbps but speedtest is showing me 3.2Mbps....

Yes, i didnt want to get FUPed for the remaining 5 days of the month, thats all. Am starting my paused torrents!

My speed is now 75 kbps on good torrents. ****in BSNL!!!
