Unable to access wikipedia from BSNL broadband (ADSL)

I tried quite a few times but didn't work .

I am on a Debian GNU/Linux box and this is what traceroute tells me -

I am using the command -

$ traceroute wikipedia.org

I have just not shared my entry IP or session IP, other than that sharing all. I am using D-Link DSL-2750u

Same here... I hope it's just a temporary routing issue and not more government censorship

Government doesn't usually do IP Blocking as multiple sites can be hosted on a single IP Address and IP of a domain can change especially for big sites like Wiki. I think its just routing issue.

Hey I also had this issue a couple weeks ago, don't know what fixed it. Wikipedia and Steam also wwasn't opening.
I sent a message to my BSNL guy at the exchange and he said he'll rectify it and after 2 hours, everything was okay.
