Unable to browse some sites on mtnl broadband

amish i know it will work with open dns. my my friend.... its not a solution... msn.co.in is loosing traffic big time and now its becoming serious problem..any idea how to tell mtnl about the problem?

msn.co.in have enough techies to solve it i cant figure out anyway what can be the problem. if u r using two DNS above then its not mtnl problem.in IE do u get status msg as "looking up" OR "waiting for xyz domain"...looking up wud mean DNS problem else routing problem.i am sleepy now bye good night.

The below is the auto configured dns which showed in my router:
DNS Server : 59.185.0.23

its not working with any of the dns you gave above :
203.94.243.70
203.94.227.70
59.185.0.23

I tried all three and non of them worked. This is picular problem only with msn.co.in. all other websites are working fine.

For me 2 MTNL DNS are working. so its not DNS problem. but something wrong either in ur PC or at MTNL IP range.did u try with firefox? also did u try with say linux?

You need to check with ur neighbour who has ADSL and by getting someone's laptop.Many people use MSN based sites, such problem can not go unnoticed for such a long period. So it is most likely something wrong at your end.

I made a complain in the self service portal of mtnl as below:All websites work fine. Only msn.co.in is not working since last 25 days. Please help.Lets see what happens.

Haha, they will say if everything else is working fine then its not our problem

they did very same thing,.... but the matter has reached the ED , hence they are very serious for this matter. I already got 10 phone calls saying if it is working or not working. till now its not working. This is the email I wrote:

Dear Sir,
I am unable to visit MSN India - Hotmail, News, Cricket, Bollywood, Video, Messenger, Download IE8 & More... website since last 25 days. The current settings on router were to dicover dns automatically and it discovered dns as 59.185.0.23 Using this dns it is unable to open MSN India - Hotmail, News, Cricket, Bollywood, Video, Messenger, Download IE8 & More....

If I change the dns to 203.94.243.70 it is working fine.

Hence request you to check the following 2 dns which are not working for msn.co.in
203.94.243.70 --> working
203.94.227.70 --> not working
59.185.0.23 --> not working

it dont believe that they replied that it is msn.com website's problem !nothing can be done by mtnl !! and such isps are suppose to be best in our country !adminji you have provision on renaming my username again ?
