Yeah the Google login works for me too, I use that mostly cause then you don't need to fill in the captcha!

Which is the selfcare website link you are using where there is still Google login available?

I am visiting selfcare.bsnl.co.in and there is no longer any FB nor Google login available there now.

If you are opening it from mobile,please scroll the login box a little bit.
It's sort of hidden.

I use the same -- BSNL CUSTOMER CARE but Google login works.

Ah ok, I disabled AdBlock on my browser (chrome) and it is showing for me too

I guess that FB and Google integration is removed since a long time ago. At least on my selfcare portal there used to be option to login via FB or Google but since many months now that option is not there.

Just try login with email address directly and OTP which should come to your phone, or try "forgot password" to reset your password to manually login via email address.

You are not able to see facebook/G int coz of your adblocker

For my FTTH service when ever I try to click on the account number and try to see anything related to my service it logs me out ? Any known fix.

Also it shows two different service 1 for FTTH BB and other for FTTH Voice

My other landline number works without any issues..also I face the issue on my mobile as well. So surely nothing to do with Ad Blocker
