Lucky you!
Now instead of helping me with their faulty billing they reduced credit limit from 1850 to less than 1300.
I do not know how the recruitment process work in this company..

I started getting quota of this month's message. Begging for paying additional amount for data I am entitled to use otherwise.
Useless customer service and brainless people

minimum duration between port is 3 months. Second month is running now. So I need to fight it out and warn people who are porting to idea

^ I beg to differ. I have newly ported to idea.
While my port request was being processed, I wrote to their customer care and asked certain things about the postpaid plan I wanted. I told them I was considering porting if their plan details suited me.
The jokers asked me for my idea number. I reminded them that I do not have a idea number but need info before porting but they just couldn't get it. This went on some 4 to 5 times at which point I gave up.
Now the porting has been complete on 21st June. I have been trying to register my numbers to have web access to my account. It says my numbers are not valid Idea numbers. I wrote to them and they said they would revert at the earliest. That was on 23rd. No revert so far. Sent them a reminder. The registration still doesn't work. Same problem. Not a valid Idea number.
Totally frustrated. The good thing is that their network is very good for my locations.

Strange. I ported one of my numbers from mtnl to idea. Been able to register it on their web portal and any service request via email on that ported number works fine.
