This is a daily issue now with BSNL.
Service starts slowing down by 10 am and gets normal by 8PM
absolutely no support from local NIB team as they say google works fine (direct peering) but nothing else is accessible properly.
So my connection is now working fine it seems. It was a short 1-2 hours issue today morning.
One thing I noticed is now I got IP range 59.xxxxx whereas I usually get 117.xxxx or 61.xxxx range, so maybe Pune NIB has switched to backup system (failover).
In speedtest.net it is picking correct server in Pune but the ping is higher (48ms) instead of normal 4-7ms.
Now at around 5.30pm again slowness or websites not opening. Logged out and back in on my router and got IP 117.x.x.x range which probably means they have switched back to the main system in Pune NIB and still ironing out the issues there.
