Upload Speed on Airtel Broadband

I'm from Ludhiana/Punjab and i have the same problem actually this not a the problem Airtel Changed the uploading rule from 1 June we will get 1/4 of the uploading speed accroding to our download speed i talk to CC they were saying if u get 60 kb sec download then u will get 15kb sec upload. i want to tune into BSNL if they give a better service and connetivity.

you mean to say that i ll get 7.5kb sec upload when i download 30kbps
