Upload Speed on BSNL Broadband

i checked in BSNL 512 ul Business plan ....................its comming 30kbps for rapidsharei checked in internet center

i need to know upload speed as well as download speed on various plans pref unlimited ones.post the results(embedded) via speedtest.net.

PLAN download and upload down only up only256UL 30/32 32 32500(all plans Above 500) 230/40 256 92i haven't used the 512 ul i need to know about it
