UPS for ACT Fibernet

I have an ACT connection, I know I can get an UPS for wifi router but what about the box they have installed in the terrace ? Layman terms please

Act box already got small battery inside for upto 4hours of power backup.

Those batteries don't last long. So if you are not getting sufficient backup, log-in a ticket and ACT will replace it.
