Yes rjanwadker, the usage has not been updated in the new portal for checking usage. I have been depending on the older way of checking usage which is the link to the XLS. UsageReport.jsp
This link has been very helpful for me. Just replace the 12345678 with your account number and you will get an XLS with usage details. You can change the 3 letters for month in the URL to get different month usages (you may have to change Unbilled to billed for previous months) This XLS will show usage according to old billing system and there may be slight differences from actual billed usage especially from 2.00 am - 2.30 am and 8.00 am - 8.30 am. But if you take care, it will be the same.
What I mean to say is that according to the old billing system, we needed to relogin after 2.00 to start downloads and if we started downloading at 1.59 am, we were charged till 2.29 am. Similarly we had free usage till 8.29 am if started at 7.59 am.
Now that all has been rectified and the new billing server takes care to charge only from 2.00 am to 8.00 am irrespective of start and stop times. This is true for only Hyderabad customers as of now.

@essbebeYes thats what I mentioned clearly in my post. The new selfcare portal is not updated and the usage after 3rd december is not shown. The XLS from the URL gives the up to date usage.
